This workshop is low-risk, high-reward. In the four workshop sessions, learn actionable steps to use play to build creativity into your life, and meet new pals in the process! But I totally understand if you have reservations. Here are some common questions I get when I talk about creativity + play.
What if I'm not creative?
Everyone is creative! I designed this workshop to help you discover and nurture your innate creativity, regardless of your background or experience. You do not have to have any sort of creative practice to get something out of this workshop. I think many of us are conditioned in childhood to think we’re not creative. You DO NOT have to be good at creative practice to enjoy it and use it as a benefit to your life!
Can I really fit this into my busy life?
Yup! I designed this with busy lives in mind (mine included!). I’m offering easy-to-incorporate-into-your-life prompts and practical exercises that can help you easily prioritize play.
I’m really intimidated by starting a creative practice.
Totally makes sense and I’ve been there! It’s scary to start something new, especially if we’re working to overcome the belief that we’re not creative. These guided sessions provide a safe space to explore these fears and take big steps forward in your creative journey. There’s no wrong way to play!
What’s the format? What’s included?
This workshop is a 4-week series of videos and workbook exercises that you can work through at your own pace.
The workshop is hosted on the teachable platform, and you’ll have lifetime access to the videos and exercises.
Do we get live sessions with Rachael?
Yes! You get two live, group sessions with Rachael. One after WEEK 2 and one to wrap up after WEEK 4. The group sessions are not required, but are very rewarding!
